George Fain's Online Review Report Card

My best friend has been going to him since she was a baby and up until a couple of months ago, she would’ve said he’s a good doctor. But a few months ago she came home and told me that Dr. Fain examined her and when he did.. he looked in her pants without permission. And didn’t even ask her parent to look either.

Great Doctor. Cares about health and is very patient

Dr. Fain and his staff have always been warm, kind, and patient with my family. He has always addressed my concerns as a very anxious mother with compassion and an open mind. Ms. Sally at the front desk recently went out of her way to assist me with a billing issue with my child’s insurance when it was my responsibility to do so. If you’re browsing through the reviews, I guess you’ll see some nasty recent ones… but my assumption is that one unhappy parent took to social media and had several people write negative reviews whose children do not even see Dr. Fain. If you spent even 5 minutes in this office, you would have a hard time not taking those nasty reviews with a grain of salt and forming your own opinion.

Read the one star reviews because they say a lot more than what a better review can.

I absolutely love Dr. Fain and his staff. They’ve always been very kind and welcoming to me. Any questions I have, Dr. Fain will answer honestly and I never feel rushed. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is I wish they’d update the building 🤣💖

Can not believe what they do here, I highly do not recommend coming to this location. If you love your babies, i REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! Doctors are so unprofessional & will go to violence towards your babies. ABSOLUTELY SAD HOW UNWELL THEY TAKE CARE OF CHILDREN.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Especially if your child has autism. My 3 year old who has autism and is nonverbal was throwing a tantrum so I tried calming him down and getting him on the table myself but he was freaking out and so I asked DR. FAIN to examine my 1 year old first. As I was picking my one year old up, Dr. fain SNATCHED my 3 year old up and threw him on the exam table and held his arms down saying he has to examine him, as my sons screaming and crying. After I already told the dr to examine my one year old first. This dr is very aggressive and thinks he can discipline other people’s children. I didn’t say anything when he smacked my one year olds hand from touching his computer before this incident. But NO DOCTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO GRAB A CHILD LIKE THAT. ESPECIALLY A NONVERBAL CHILD that can’t defend himself or let you know that you’re hurting him. He should not be able to see children at all. I asked the front desk for a number to report him but “she didn’t know what number I’m talking about” a police report was made and also a complaint to the medical board.

They are so great. They got my 2 sick children in same day within an hour as new patients. Dr. Fain is awesome and the ladies in the office are so sweet.

Front office staff Sally is condescending and rude. Definitely would not recommend anyone going if she is the best they have at a children’s clinic. I am appalled at her attitude and tone towards potential patients. Very disappointed.

We love Dr. Fain and his staff! Every time we have to go it’s always a good experience!
