This was our first visit with Dr. Thurber for my four teenagers. He was kind, thorough and had great recommendations for their eye care and eyewear. I was sorry to see our other doctor close, but so thankful that we were able to find such a wonderful new doctor.

Dr Thurber and the excellent staff made what could have been a stressful procedure go easy and stress free. They were all caring of me and my family. They were supportive and even when I called with “dumb” questions were supportive and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Thurber.

I have recommended Dr Thurber to friends. I have been seeing Dr Thurber since 2002 and he did my Laser surgery in 2003. We had a friend who had an eye emergency. I called and he was seen that same day. My husband and I are very happy and confident in the care we receive at The Center for Eye Care.

Changing physicians for a 93 year old can become a daunting task. Dr. Thurber's staff cared for my mother with respect and sincere caring. They never once indicated any frustrations due to her physical limitations or poor hearing. She was treated with dignity and respect. You don't feel like your the "next patient in line".. Examination was handled quickly and efficiently with minimal wait time during the exam. Dr. Thurber and his staff receive a well deserved 5-star rating.
