List of Janus Kulpa's Reviews
My interactions with Dr. Kulpa always focus on him explaining to me what I actually NEED rather than what I WANT.
My experience with Dr. Kulpa has always been great. He is focused entirely on what the patient NEEDS rather than what he or she wants. Big difference!
My experience has always been about receiving what I NEED rather than what i want. Big difference!
I’ve been on long term medication for severe gerd. I called for RX refill and my prescription was called in wrong and they will not fill it. I’ve called multiple times and do not get a call back. I highly recommend you find another doctor if you have medical conditions requiring medication refills. Horrible.
Why have you decided to use a "scheduling call center"? Terrible idea. Today I was on the phone for over 19 min to simply try and make an appt for my child. I was transferred and spoke to 3 different people. I finally got an appt for 5pm today. I just walked in gave them our last name and the lady said, your appt is scheduled for next Thursday at 5!! Unbelievable!! She also told me I am not the only person who has had problems. Please go back to scheduling your own appts, if not I have a feeling people will find another servicer.
The doctor has the empathy and bedside manner of a turnip.
"ZERO" stars....horrible staff, unfriendly doctor, very inadequate
I have been with Dr. Kulpa for more than 10 years, but now the office is part of Memorial Hospital and all the hospital cared about is money. Last year I did annual wellness check with a nurse practitioner, but she ordered something that weren't covered by wellness check. The insurance company told me that those tests were for persons with diabetics, high blood pressure, or obesity only, unless the ...
Horrible practice for a Dr. Office! If I could, I would have given 0 stars. Can't get anyone in this office to get things done right. My husband who is a diabetic needed his RX's. Since last week the pharmacy has been trying to contact their office & they did not bother to return their call to find out exactly why they called. When I did call, I did not get a call back the 1st day that I had left the message, the 2nd day I called again, left another message and when I still did not get a call back, I called the receptionist and told her what was happening, and then I got a call back from the nurse practitioner 4 hours later. Now with the office closing soon, I had to call again because they did not provide the correct information to the insurance company, it is still an unresolved issue and without the needed RX's.
This Dr. Office is a disaster- no leadership- no follow through on Anything- I am all about supporting health care workers but this Office seems to lack in taking proper notes -( soap notes ) to communicate with each other - referrals to other Doctors that are for a at risk patient seems to be not of importance- they flat out lie in your face that these documents have been send or other specialists have received faxes and have been contacted. Shame on you all !!! If you lost interest in other people’s well being -close your doors! If this is just too much of a responsibility quitt! What I do see all the time : Employees on private phones texting and scrolling through social media. You all give health care workers a bad name! Time to stop your covering up attitude!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
