Dr.Piracha is a very decent Dr, He Is definitely a seasoned vet in his field of medicine. He is one of the more old school hands on Dr’s that care to get straight to testing vs talking. But that’s good he’s a straight forward Dr. He is honest and curious I definitely recommend him I will use him from now on for endocrinology. His whole team and staff are nice people as well. Thank you for providing your expertise and service to southeast Mississippi Dr.Piracha

I went to see Dr, Piracha for a low Testosterone issue. He was very straight to the point and helpful on testing and communication. He is a curious doctor and isn’t rude. I definitely highly recommend him. It was my first time using an endocrinologist so it wasn’t a bad experience. I’m glad we have him on the gulf coast.

Biloxi VA in 2017 set me up with him , He found a lot of medications i was taking that i should not be on them , corrected that issue. set a plan of action up and so far it is working..... now my sugar is under control and feel a whole lot better... Thank You

Appointments are scheduled in advance okay, but the someone in the office forgets to schedule appropriate labs before the next appointment. It's happened twice now. He got all bent out of shape because the time listed on the glucose monitoring list was a time for morning and it had been listed in the afternoon column. Big deal!!! He is soft spoken and courteous, but is a little curt. We won't be going back unless it is an emergency.
