Ocean Springs Hospital- Singing River Health System's Online Review Report Card

Went to the emergency room, worst experience in a hospital in my life..never even explored my health issue just gave me drugs, completely unrelated to the problem..Went to my doctor tge next day and got real medical treatment..if your looking to get better don't go here..

Nearly everyone here with the exception of phlebotomy was unprofessional and unpleasant.

My mother is 82 years old and had an attack of acute shoulder pain. She is better now, she waited 6 1/2 hours only to be treated like an inconvenience in the ER department. A woman next to even gave birth in the next room. We aren’t complaining about them being busy, that is understandable. We are complaining about the level of treatment.

Sad excuse for an emergency room! 1 star because I can’t give it a zero! It’s sickens me that this is what we have available in our area! At one time this was the best hospital on the coast! That is absolutely no longer the case!

I would DIE before going back to this NON-Hospital!!

Worst hospital I’ve ever been too. They’ve got people waiting in the lobby waiting for 4-6 hours and not letting them know what’s going on with updates or anything.

BEWARE! If you deal with Christopher Karcher md, him and his staff are some horrible people! My mother has serious health problems and on several occasions they have laughed at her and made fun of her and even sent her away for no reason. After telling our experience to friends and family we found out that this has happened to many many others. The receptionist name is Courtney Ponder. I made sure to get names so everyone knows who these sick people are. It's absolutely disgusting how they treat their patients and that they're allowed to get away with this.

The worst Customer Service ever in the ER!

horrible experience. Had us waiting to be seen for hours, & when we finally were took back, they kept us in a room for hours before even speaking to us.

My daughters landlord almost died and was rushed to the ER. I allowed his girlfriend to take my car to pick him up from the ER. She took her cousin and friend with her. When she got to the ER she went inside to get him and the friend jumped into driver seat and stole my car. I was told I had to file report with hospital police so I did. Hours later they called and told me my car was at the entrance of golden nugget. I went to my car and made arrangements for a tow next morning. Car was damaged and all contents stolen. After a movie I drove back by and my car was gone. I called Biloxi police who told me to keep this incident with original report. Months later I stopped at hospital to get copy of report and add contents stolen via supplement report. I was denied a supplement report. The cop said he tried to verify the call I made to Biloxi police and couldn't. I called and got a copy of that call. The cop listed report as misc and not auto theft so some of damage my insurance wouldn't cover. My renters insurance won't cover the items unless I have a supplement report. I tried calling his chief but he blocked my email and refused all my calls. The mayor refuses my attempts to speak with him also. No one will help me and I'm being denied what's my right. My insurance rates have sky rocketed. Ocean springs hospital does not what do ever care about people. The cop told me he and his chief are done with me! That's fine but I'm not done with them and won't stop until Justice is serviced and my rights respected and given a supplement report! We all have rights snd I will not allow this jerk to deny me mine! Run from this hospital because they don't care what so ever!!!
