William David Mcclendon's Online Review Report Card

Dr McClendon is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as a patient needs. He never rushes the patient. He is very thorough and takes all my concerns seriously. He has never brushed any concerns aside. He makes valuable referrals and orders appropriate tests. He is a busy doctor so scheduled appointments are important. He knows his patients. They are it just a number to be rushed through.

In the beginning I liked him and I might still would if I ever saw him. I don't know they determine who sees him but I've only seen the nurse practioner for 2 years most of the time I can't an appointment with either for several weeks. Not helpful when you're actually sick! And I'd just been tho the ER and needed a doctor's excuse for work for the week. Staff is rude. Billing is dependent. won't accept or return calls, just gives excuse. They are money focused.

Spends extra time with you and listens to what you have to say. Wait may be a little long but it's worth it.

I have yet to even see Dr McClendon ever, I have only see the nurse practitioner. To get results is impossible and no one not one will help me and I am in a lot pain and I guess they don’t care. I will never go back and will never recommend them.

Not a physician that I would recommend to anyone with a career or that values their time, especially if you come from out of state. Milks claims by using RN appointments and multiple separate scheduled exams on different days, just as a precursor to saying one word to you. Once you finally get to see the doctor, get ready for the doctor to inform you of policies that he was well aware would apply to you, but waited until after all the claims were generated to disclose to you that he can’t treat you... If you are unemployed or enjoy spending time at physician offices this is your jam.

It has always been a great visit in a timely manner.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I have some complicated health issues. He works diligently to bring me the best health care. He listens, is not in a hurry, has a great depth of medical knowledge and it is clear that he cares about his patients. Because he does not rush through your appointment, there is a longer waiting time but that's because he is not rushing through the appointment of the person before you! Wish all doctors were like him! He's like family doctors used to be!

Dr. Mcclendon is very thorough in reviewing your medical conditions and lab work. He spends the time to discuss any issues and makes sure you understand what the plan is. He does tend to have a long wait time and may not be able to fit you in the same day unless it is urgent. He now has an NP working in his office. Dr Noble is also very knowledgeable and explains what medications and why. I have many long term conditions so need a physician who is thorough and takes the time needed.

Has extremely poor billing practices, long wait time. Would not recommend.
