William Mcclendon's Online Review Report Card

I paid my money for medical cannabis and submitted an email of mine that was hacked. I gave another working email to them and was told he would resubmit it. Four days later and nothing as I’m in a lot of pain.I have called daily went by the office and no word. At least give my money back and I will go elsewhere. No way to run a business! I do not recommend at all.

Love Dr McClendon and his NP Brushaber very confident in my health care as well as both my elderly parents. However I don’t even know where to begin to talk about how frustrating the phone system is. It is impossible to get a person for anything other than making an appointment. You spend minutes upon minutes listening to different options before you can leave a message that is never returned or never addressed. And the staff while they are very polite and professional and I hate to say it but they’re just incompetent. I need help with signing up for Medicare and thought my doctors office would be the place to go get an unbiased opinion. Of course if I go to someone selling Medicare they’re trying to sell me so I was hoping for assistance from my doctors office. Silly me the insurance expert in the office didn’t have time to even return a call or when I went in person to even spend any time with me she sends a message back with the lady at the window who is very sweet. My advice is to get an office manager or if there is one retrain this one on a little bit of old fashion customer service. The patients are the doctors customers. And the office manager needs to step back and look at this from the patient’s point of view from the very beginning from the point in which they make the first phone call to this practice to the moment they walk in the door and throughout the whole process and that office managers job should be to make that a pleasant experience . I understand there is a business to run and a business side of it that is to be expected but there needs to be a little good old fashion customer service as I said. Again I love Dr. Mcclendon and he is very compassionate I have not been with a doctor in years that spends the amount of time with you and he will answer any of your questions and he will explain things clearly he is great. Just need it to be great outside of the examination room.

Dr. McClendon is through, good listener, answers questions you can understand. His office is comfortable and staff cheerful. My family has been with him for years.

Complete asinine!!! Not too sure what steps I’ll take next. To say I’m angry is an understatement!!! Perhaps legal action? Think twice about an elderly family member going to see this man. I pray my mother goes elsewhere

Professional and caring service by the doctor and all staff.

Dr McClendon is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as a patient needs. He never rushes the patient. He is very thorough and takes all my concerns seriously. He has never brushed any concerns aside. He makes valuable referrals and orders appropriate tests. He is a busy doctor so scheduled appointments are important. He knows his patients. They are it just a number to be rushed through.

I am so pleased with the care I have received from Dr McClendon’s PA Jessica Lee Matthews. I am a retired RN and I would highly recommend her for your health care needs. She is knowledgeable, caring and concise. I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience about this highly qualified health care professional. Sincerely, Julie McNabb

I highly recommend you find another clinic. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Billing is misleading. They tell you an amount and bill another. So thankful for my new Dr. where patient care is more important than money! I have no problem paying my balance if I had not been mislead.

Dr. McClendon shows compassion and sympathy for his patients. He’s been working with my dad and has personally called to check on him with sincere concern. He made sure he was admitted quickly to the hospital emergency room after hours. We appreciate his intelligence most importantly. Thank you Dr McClendon for all your help with my dad.

Dr. McClendon & Dr. Noble are so terrific with their desire to help, he listens carefully and has a wonderful bedside manner with his patients. She is a great partner when he’s unavailable!! She is so amazingnly compassionate, just as him, with the same amount of love, support and medical knowledge. The ladies in the front can’t go without being mentioned as well, Ryan and her team are superstars. Always willing to listen and their patience is a god-send. The office is always so clean and inviting, the assistants greet you with a smile when you are called back for vitals and overall it’s a wonderful experience before you see the Drs.
