DOT EXAMS DRUG SCREENING. GOOD CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.
Had appt with pcp today. Staff was courteous friendly and efficient. We waited briefly to be taken back with the nurse. The visit had smooth transitions with good flow. Meds were refilled without issue. Labs were drawn with a good stick. The physician is very personal thorough and professional. My husband and I both see Dr William MCClatchey and are both very pleased with the provider and his staff.
Went to Methodist Hospital Olive Branch Ms on Tuesday morning at 100 am. Dr thompson in the ER was the worst doctor ever. He did nothing to help my 36 year old daughter who was in severe pain. On Wednesday we went to Methodist Hospital Germantown ER and got treated and got medicine which really helped her severe pain.
Dr. McClatchy has been our family doctor for 12 years or so. Within the last two years things have drastically changed at his office. He sold his practice to Methodist Healthcare and things have nowhere but downhill since then.I cant say I blame him for selling... I am sure it is much easier just being a Dr. and not a business owner. Billing insurance laws etc... Have to be a bitch. The staff has been replaced with your normal inadequate bunch of losers that most Methodist facilities have. Attitudes are the first thing you get upon arrival and it never seems to let up.I had an appointment for a prescription refill on Friday 21315. It is for a medicine that I take to keep me from injuring humans throughout the day. It is by no means life threatening to me anyway. I happened to have a pretty bad car wreck on 21215 and I told the triage nurse about it and said maybe he can take a look. She stopped me midsentence and said Which is it going to be refills? Or MVA? You cant talk about both... WTH? When did it become this way? What happened to the world when you cant go to the Dr. and talk about oh everything that is wrong with you at once???When corporations take over... Thats when... I need a new Doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
