Placed in room with only 5 cars in lot. Spent two hours with no one seeing me. When I asked how much longer got the statement she is seeing patients inside and outside. Two hours to see 4 patients is a bit much.

It was a very pleasant experience the Nurses were Great the Medical Assistance and the Doctor thanks for everything God please Bless this place and everyone that works there

Almost 3 hours for a sports physical on a school night You gotta be kidding me Will never come back

Was instructed by my new employer to take a drug screening but they had no one on duty to administer the test. Waited almost 3 hours before I left and went to a different location. There were three or four other people waiting to take their test as well. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially if you needed to see a doctor.

When I arrived 2 hours ago there was 4 cars waiting only 2 now and only 1 car has a person in it. I called the front desk to see how much longer I would have to wait and was told there was one person ahead of me but I was here before these 2 cars ever showed up. I was understanding and told the receptionist thanks for checking and without any empathy she just hung up the phone very unprofessional what I would expect at a drive thru checkers not even a McDonalds

Been here 3 hours. One doctor on dutySaturday. Covid tests take priority. I was told that no one was here when I called. Made it here in 10 minutes and there were twelve people already waiting. Just got called upoutside and questioned but still waiting for the doctor.

I wouldnt even rate the place 1\2 star. I signed in and give my chief complaint to which the blonde girl wrote "arm pain". (Turns out i had a fracture) But i sat in the waiting room for 2 hours! But they had no patients in waiting room or bring discharged from back. The parking lot had 5 cars that were waiting for covid testing no other patients. I worked in urgent care for 7 years and it was just that URGENT PROMPT AND SWIFT. front desk should not be doing Triage.

Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. Not only that, they lollygag around all day answering they’re cell phones and scrolling the internet. The actual Doctor is nice though. Everybody else should be fired. 💯

The workers are very kind and patient of course that for the covid test it takes a little while but we wait if it is without an appointment I brought my son 2 times to take the test and I really liked the treatment they gave him

Warning LONG READ If I could give the rating of zero stars I would. I arrived at this location at 830 am on 82821. Went in answered a few questions gave them my ID and insurance card and was instructed to wait in my car to be called for a covid test. After completing my paper work and returning it to the front desk. Rude but I let it slide. First call was at 914 am to ask for my copayment. At 920 I receive a call to confirm if I were being seen vs my son. The rude lady at the front desk entered me as the patient vs my son. I did not receive a call again until 1130am from the triage nurse. Mind you we are still sitting our vehicles this whole time. So I drove to the gas station up the street to get some gas. As soon as I leave I get a call at 12 saying that they have been trying to call me. Never receive a call. Once I pulled back up I went in to inform the lady that we were here may I ask who or what number they were calling because I never received a call. The nurse or doctor who was supposed to see my son comes up to the counter talking about me to the lady at the counter not knowing I was the parent of the patient. So when I told her I PULLED OFF TO GET GAS she got rude with me and turned and walked off. I understand this is an overwhelming time for everyone. I would patronize this establishment for any reason do to the lack or respect for patients and the unprofessionalism from so called doctors or nurses. I wish I had gotten her name. Needless to say I got a refund and left
