List of Singing River Medical Clinic Pascagoula's Reviews
Excellent service; friendly and helpful staff.
I was a new walk-in patient. Everyone, from the front desk to the Doctor, were courteous and professional. I'm completely at ease going there in the future if/when the need arises.
Teresa Williamson and her staff are caring, efficient and wonderful! If you are looking for a primary care physician you should try this clinic. The left side takes walk ins and the right is for those with appointments. You won't be disappointed.
They took 6 hours to call me backs to the back and it to long and then I cought Covid sitting in the waiting area and they have tarable services
I went to the Singing river Clinic in Pascagoula as a walk in patient. I only waited a few mins. The front desk ladies were so nice. My nurse Yolanda was sweet with a wonderful bedside manner! Dr Pavlov was easy to talk to, and attentive! Highly recommend!
I was told on the phone I could come as a walk in so I arranged childcare. I get there and they won't see me. The manager says they can see me tomorrow. Too late! I've already used my child care.
The staff at the front desks are rude and unprofessional. They do not help you at all. When you ask a question, you get a attitude back.
No just dont. No compassion.
I’ve always come here to be seen when I don’t feel well, and I’ve never had a problem until this morning. The girl at the front was just extremely rude for no reason. She asked may I help you and I said I need to be seen. She said well there isn’t anybody here to see you because we don’t open until 7:30. I watched another lady be asked to go sit down with no issues. She was also a walk in. So then I said well can I just sit and wait? She took a long deep breath like she was annoyed and then she said ok what’s your date of birth. Gave it to her. Then she asked for my last name gave it to her. She asked for it again I gave it to her again. She got another attitude because I guess that’s not what she meant to ask. Then she said “symptoms?” In an attitude. I told her. The worst part is, she basically made it seem as if I wouldn’t be seen for a while like she was hoping it would make me leave, but I got called to the back almost right after I sat down. I felt so bad I didn’t feel like even getting up and going to the doctor this morning so the last thing I wanted was to be greeted with a rude receptionist. Her name was Rileigh. Rileigh, people don’t ask to be sick, but we ask to be respected when we are. On another note, the nurse practitioner is amazing as always.
Dr. Bosarge was rude and frankly didn't seem very professional to me. Didn't want to do much for me since he wasn't my GP. I only came in for a B12 shot and he's going on about how he thinks they are a placebo and that if he were my GP he'd have me tested for anemia and then goes on about since I menstrate it's probably anemia. For what little they did, even with BCBS insurance, it was a pricey visit and took too long.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
