I was so impressed with how smooth and quickly everything went! The staff was amazing and we love our new orthodontist! I called for a consultation for my daughter and we were able to be seen within the next 2 hours and she got her braces the same day! The Petal office is amazing!

Call center scheduled me on a day when there’s not a Dr. here- it was very clear i needed a consultation with a Dr. Thanks for wasting half my day. I’ll be finding a local Dr with a receptionist. Not a national chain that uses a call center.

It wasn’t a very great experience. It was a lot of talking a lot of quick interaction a lot of fast talking. And I change my mind the next day within 24 hours and I called trying to cancel it and they were going to charge me $900 to cancel it and they were not very understanding whatsoever. It was way too expensive
