Service was terrible. I had to call for my results from my exam. Clinic was listed with a MD and I saw a nurse practitioner. Customer service was great but after that it went down hill. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Sweet, compassionate staff and Nurse Practitioner. Very thorough exams and testing.They really helped me. Only once did I wait for a little bit too long.

Have gone here for 2 years for my mammogram check ups. Dr. Stephanie Freeman and her staff could not have treated me any better. I highly recommend this place because they are here to treat the public. Thank you for everything you and your staff have helped me with in my circumstances. God Bless you all!💗

New to the area and came to this facility. They seemed very professional during my visit and very helpful. The doctor I seen was extremely nice and took the time to listen, not rush me off as my doctor before moving here did. Only problem I have had so far is they were to call in 2 prescriptions but the pharmacy said they only received one. I called back, that Monday they were to call in my 2nd prescription that didn't take before, along with one additional prescription. Again the pharmacy said they only received one again instead of two and had to call back a 3rd time for them to call in the 3rd prescription that finally went through. I'm not sure if it was error on this facility, error on the pharmacy, or missed communications somewhere so I'm not going to hold this facility responsible. I would give 5 stars but I have only visited once so far along with the medicine incident, I feel a 4 star is good enough for now until I know more from more visits to the doctor. But from what I'm seeing, I like my choice.

My kids and I love to come to this Picayune family health clinic. Staff is friendly and understanding and Mrs Stephanie Lumpkin is the Best we love her she really treats her patients with alt most respects and cares for her patients who see her.
