This place is a joke they do not care they don’t even know if my grandma ate, my mother waited almost an hour to get in and even then she could hear my grandma yelling she needed to go to the bathroom. After she got in her water picture was nasty, they had know idea if she ate , my mother had to help her to the bathroom. Her tray from lunch was still sitting there at 6pm and they had still not brought her a dinner tray. I would highly advice not to send your loved ones here.

As long as family can keep a check on their family member and see them through visits they will stay on top of the care of patients but this last year with no visitation they don’t care I strongly advise any family to make sure you visit as often as possible . I was scheduled for a visit but my family member was sent to hospital that very day and the pictures I have of her will make your blood boil . Not only that they have lost a lot of my family members belongings and say they can’t be found and what we have gotten has other residents belongings mixed in with it
