Terrible front office staff. Dismissed me today. She's got a staff that is ruining her practice. She's always late coming in the office. Even staff says she's getting later each day. Needs to get her mind on her practice or close shop.

Please do not waste your time with this woman!!!!!! This is the second time I’ve showed up for a mid-morning appointment, and she’s not even at the office yet. Both times, she’s pulled in the parking lot FORTY-FIVE MINUTES after my scheduled appointment was supposed to start, and then I had to wait 30 minutes after that before seeing her because she was chatting with her employees. At previous appointments, I’ve waited 1.5 - 2 hours on average!On top of all of this, she seems like she’s on drugs herself. It’s clear she doesn’t care about me, my health, my time or her employees.I’m serious: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. She’s a sad excuse for a physician.

The front desk personnel was very rude. I’ve been going to Dr Bolton since she began in Saltillo. I’ve been treated like crap the last few month and denied care. I’m fed up. I don’t know why it seems personal for some reason.

Dr. Bolton totally dismissed the fact that my child has a chemical imbalance and outright called my child bad in front of his face. After years of not knowing what was wrong with my child and finally discovering it was a chemical imbalance, only to have her call him bad and offer punishment advice was like a blow to the face. I would not recommend Dr. Bolton to anyone.

Dr. Bolton has worked tirelessly over the past few years to help manage my pain without the use of opiates. I also have ADHD and life-long insomnia. She listens to her patients, and is quick to replace any medication that has unwanted side effects.By the time I came to her, my pain had taken over every aspect of my life. I felt noticable relief immediately, but Dr. Bolton didn't stop there. She has tweaked my medications multiple times over the years, each time I felt noticable improvement.As of now, I feel better and am more physically active than I have been in years. I can honestly say, Dr. Bolton has given me my life back.While I will miss Liz, her former nurse, her new nurse Jordan is extremely helpful and really pleasant to interact with.
