I loved my doctor but not the surgery center. They had all my information and told me an exact amount that I would have to pay. I paid half down and starte a payment plan for 3 months. 2 months later a bill comes for anesthesia from another company. I tried to have a calm conversation with the head administrator but she kept talking over me like she already had it in her mind that I was wrong. Her people told me a set price and her excuse was that they are not responsible for letting you know that you will receive a bill from an anesthesia company. It’s a total lack of respect and professionalism. I mean you didn’t have to tell me the amount that I would have to pay to the other company but a heads up that an outside charge might occur would be the right thing to do instead of saying this is all that you have to pay.

My son had a tonsillectomy at Baptist DeSoto Surgery Center recently. The staff was wonderful from the front desk to post_op. Everyone was so sweet, informative and helpful every step. Our ENT uses 2 locations and I am very happy we chose this one.

was charged for stealing medical device 750$ , when i was rolled to car in wheelchair by nurse, turns out a ice pack is medical device. Would of gave it back if they call me but nope they just sent the bill to me, months later now its to late to appeal. Last time i check at walgreens ice pack was 7.99$

My children have had a few procedures here and we could not be more pleased. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with respect and everyone is so caring. I would highly recommend this surgery center!
