Worst experience I have ever had. They couldn’t answer a simple question bounced me around to 11 different people and still no answer to my question.

I wish I could put zero starts. I couldnt pay my entire bill at once and paid when I could. Now they sent it to collections when I was making payments on the bill. Dont worry Baptist I paid my bill off.

I didn’t have to wait very long to get into ER however it was a bad experience. I was in a lot of pain and very emotional and the staff did very little to comfort any anxiety. They were somewhat friendly at first but gave me very annoyed looks when I cried due to the pain of my injury. Staff was busy but had little patience.

Currently in waiting room. It takes at least 3 hours to be seen once. This is ridiculous. What happened to them improving your wait time?

Worst Hospital ever dont even deserve 1 star . Because they have killed to many of my friends off of Covid. One of my child hood friend went in there with Covid. Was doing good and they put him on a breathing treatment that he didnt want to do. He tried to leave and they beat him up and tie him down to the bed .Than he died two days later I hate this Hospital

Great people the staff is great from the moment you come through the door. Mrs. Joann Mrs. Tina Mrs. Krystal Mrs. Becky Mr. Brandon Mr. JW Anesthesiologist Mr.Roy... Most of all Dr. Ulric Duncan. Great clean hospital. They treat the patient with patience and concern. Very supportive and very much supportive. I appreciate everyone. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

A few years back I disliked this hospital. Everyone was rude and it appeared as if many workers did not know their jobs. However I had to visit the hospital twice within the last month or so. The ER looked completely different better in my opinion. Not only did the hospital look better but the people were so much better as well. The were very kind friendly and understanding. Each visit was better than the last.After each visit a nurse called me the very next day to make sure I was ok. I have something going on the ER doctor was concerned about. He wanted me to see a Gastroenterologists. However after I gave the name of the location I preferred to the nurse I forgot to make the appointment. A week later I received an appointment confirmation letter in the mail from the Gastroenterologist I forgot to make the appointment with. It seems the nurse who called to check up on me took the time to make the appointment for me.Keep up the good work Baptist Southaven

My name is Eric Trivett. Do not take your dog to this placeI was sent here by my Primary Dr. with concerns. I checked in at 530 p.m. it is now 1222 a.m I still have not been seen by a DoctorWhen I asked how much longer it would be I was told “We have no way of knowing” And if I left I would still be billedThis is unacceptable to over 7 hrs and counting to see a Doctor. There is no reason what so everDon’t come here

I know they dont care but I am completely disgusted by the lack of care at Baptist DeSoto ER. I had only been there 8 hours while others had been there 1214 without ever seeing a Dr and only getting our vitals once. No one was checking on patients waiting. They seemed like they were hoping that you would leave and I was in way to much pain and if they were going to ignore me I might as well suffer at home. What kind of care is that. Its pathetic. If you need help this is not the place to go.
