I have been a loyal patient of this practice for about fifteen years. Call in for an appointment and kept on the phone for 20minuets by “Mitzi’s” who for some reason couldn’t confirm my insurance. Finally she told me that she may be able to get me in to see Dr Griffith’s NP but the doctor has no appointments till March six months from now. What had been a good organization under Doctor Hardin has plummeted. Does anyone know of a good gastrointestinal clinic

Had an upper endoscopy today. Literally everyone I came in contact with at Gastro Ones Southaven location was friendly while still being efficient and thorough. I couldnt have asked for a more positive experience.

I had a family member check in for their appointment and the little girl at the desk never checked them in which resulted in the clinic cancelling their appointment as they were sitting in the waiting room. It took the older lady returning from lunch and asked them what time was their appointment. When they told her she said that the young girl never checked them in which resulted in the clinic canceling their appointment. Good work is hard to find.

Great place to go very nice friendly staff. A comforting environment. Dr. Chaudhry was great. He talks you through everything explains things throughly.

Nobody knows any nobody cares make an appointment for what I’m not sure. No place to sit stand .... They are the only game around.Anybody have suggestions?

Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr explained everything before and after. Clean and organized office.

The receptionist desk ladies wasn’t so friendly at check incame off rude.. but my doctor visit with PA Adam was good he listened to my concerns and also went above and beyond getting me on the schedule for some other tests really quickly..the ladies at check out that does the scheduling was great as well

Very friendly staff and doctor👍 if you have any questions or concerns they will answer them for you had my procedure today it went flawless the staff were so very nice and attentive and concerned about you and very professional and they follow the covid19 procedures felt very safe great job thank you see you in 10years😃.

More training with follow up...Doctors should be more proactive in finding out the real issue of the patient and not just being satisfied with what the first test results.Process of a eliminationsThe Doctor should go futher in testing until both the doctor and patient are satisfied with the results and treatment.I Had a test done and went home with the same treatment and medication that I was already taking so obviously its not working. So Im still in the same situation that I was in when I walk in the door just out of $225.

On yesterday I took my 75yr old father to have a consultation with one of the Providers. We were greeted by the front desk staff. So the Receptionist stated there were somethings that needed to be signed and so I did that and gave the other Receptionist the cards for ins. verification. So the lady from the back calls his name and as Im making my way my father is attempting to go to the back hes moving slow due to health elements. This lady walks off closes the door as we are still trying to make our way to her. So I get the front desk staff to buzz us back and shes gone never saw her again. So we standing around like who called us the Receptionist in check out was the only one that attempted to help us. Mind you my father has Congestive heart failure and his movement is limited. The MA is being nonchalant. So the CSR from the front comes back and states no one called yall you need to go back out front its five more people in front of yall very rudely. I told her someone did call us. She said oh well you need to go back out front. We went back out and sat by the time we got to the back his BP was so high from the constant go here come back go here now here that they should have sought medical services. The Provider was great but his staff will cost him a lot of money. Oh we arrived at 230pm literally the last ones to leave the office. Very displeased with there service saw that they had a wheelchair not one person offered it. Was able to speak with the Center Manager as I was leaving I expressed my concerns with her. After this encounter I will no longer refer your facility to family and friends and we will no be a patient under your care.
