My surgical experience was amazing Dr. Lovelaceafter being referred turned out to be all that he was suppose to be patient understanding and smart as a whip. My anesthetist Brad and Rachel were extraordinary they made sure my anxiety was controlled that I was in no pain more importantly that I woke back up TYJ. I prayed that God gave me comfort. But he went above and beyond sent me a comforter. I met this beautiful soul about 5 years ago and we have been blessings to each other since. However I didnt know she would be in my operating room...she immediately recognize me and called my name she said Miss Tammie and I looked over saw her although I was quickly becoming sedated I said Melissa... before I knew anything she was on left holding my hand. Comforting was my last memory before I woke up. After I woke up and sometimes later I was told that she was there the entire time never left my side until I woke up. Melissa Gordon Surgical Assistant youre truly a Godsent blessing for me. Thank you all for the unforgettable experience.

I wish I could put zero stars. I couldnt pay my entire bill at once and paid when I could. Now they sent it to collections when I was making payments on the bill. Dont worry Baptist I paid my bill off.

Worst experience I have ever had. They couldn’t answer a simple question bounced me around to 11 different people and still no answer to my question.

I didn’t have to wait very long to get into ER however it was a bad experience. I was in a lot of pain and very emotional and the staff did very little to comfort any anxiety. They were somewhat friendly at first but gave me very annoyed looks when I cried due to the pain of my injury. Staff was busy but had little patience.

Currently in waiting room. It takes at least 3 hours to be seen once. This is ridiculous. What happened to them improving your wait time?

Worst Hospital ever dont even deserve 1 star . Because they have killed to many of my friends off of Covid. One of my child hood friend went in there with Covid. Was doing good and they put him on a breathing treatment that he didnt want to do. He tried to leave and they beat him up and tie him down to the bed .Than he died two days later I hate this Hospital

Great people the staff is great from the moment you come through the door. Mrs. Joann Mrs. Tina Mrs. Krystal Mrs. Becky Mr. Brandon Mr. JW Anesthesiologist Mr.Roy... Most of all Dr. Ulric Duncan. Great clean hospital. They treat the patient with patience and concern. Very supportive and very much supportive. I appreciate everyone. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️
