List of Stern Cardiovascular Foundation's Reviews
They do have wheelchair accessibility great heart doctors
The doctor’s office was friendly to me and I didn’t have any problems with my visit. However, the billing office is a joke. Tried calling several times to pay my bill and I kept having the same message to leave a voicemail and they’ll get back to me. I tried that and nothing. Now my bill is probably going into collections because of it. So much for our “calls being important.” 🙄
All the staff are very nice and helpful. I really like Dr Zoghbi and his nurse, Denise. Appointments don't take hours either, that's a plus !
Speaking about an issue that we had taking care of my Mom. When Peggy, Dr Swatkowski's assistant. She was very rude, & not professional at all. He is a great Dr.
I have been going going to this location for about 15 years or so. First taking both my Mom and Dad till they both both passed away, they saw Dr Edwards who took the best care of them both. His nurse was right on! Everyone in the office during that time and now the lab, the testing staff, and though the front desk staff has changed everyone is has been nice and professional through the years. Now it's my turn to go to Stern. Because heart trouble ran in my family, my real Dad had died at 39 after 2 heart attacks. I started having those Life Screenings done when I was 45. When I got a result that I had some plaque beginning to build up, I have high cholesterol, it scared me. It was funny because I had gotten a flyer that Stern in Germantown was doing the screening I was getting done, but adding one or two more tests .. of course my mind went to work. I thought at first ok well that will be my next one..next year, I put the flyer up. But my mind kept at me what if there is more wrong blah blah blah. It wouldn't be quiet like my mind does until I went and got the complete big test from Stern. I was fine, but I had a start point with them. But I did start having other heath issues one thing and another. I'm back at Stern I see Dr Coppess and I love coming in to see him. He takes care of my pacemaker. He talked to me about getting it, and made me feel safe in the decision to go forward. I love his nurse and staff they are very warm, friendly, helpful and have gotten right back to me on the phone. I have never had to wait very long to see Dr Coppess, when he's with me, he is very much "there" open to anything I have to say. I like that. Dr Coppess runs his team in a very "human" but professional way! Way to go Dr Coppess! Though the faces have changed at the front desk.. as they do. I have always been treated in a professional manner.
Doctor/NP make assumptions and criticize. Instead of trusting that a patient is telling the truth.
My experience with this office has always been exceptional. The front office staff is always friendly and patient along with the clinical staff. They too are prompt, thorough, and cordial to patients. Even when I had to call back to pay a balance, the billing staff was nice. I have never had to wait long for the NP or Dr. Patel. My visits always consist of plenty of questions that I have for the doctor and Dr. Patel is open to them all. I never feel rushed or unimportant. I would recommend this group and facility.
Dr Patel great doctor. My mama and daddy went to him and now I go because they were so happy with him.
Waited 2 hours UNACCEPTABLE. Looking for another doctor. The wait times here are Insane!!!
Adhered to COVID 19 guidelines. Clean efficient courteous staff. I was there for testing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
