Truly Disappointed with Dr Anthony and his team!! Be careful as they over promise and under deliver on the care they provide to patients. He lacks compassion and care for patients after performing very risky procedures. Dr Anthony and his team went a great deal further by recommending transferring my mom out of Memorial Hospital to Specialty Select Hospital to hide her away from him and not have to answer questions we have regarding her case. Made promises that upon transfer that he would gain credentials within the Specialty Select Hospital to ensure my mom’s case would have the necessary continuity of care to ensure a seamless recovery. Sadly 3 months later my mother’s condition has not improved and she is still not allowed to eat only intravenous fluids as the surgery he performed caused additional complications. We receive only crickets from Dr Anthony’s office. Apparently he will only see her after she is discharged from Specialty Select Hospital. Well isn’t that convenient for him? Hide any mistakes he may or may not have made on my mom by placing her in a facility he doesn’t have permissions to visit patients. Patients beware before allowing him to perform any in/outpatient procedures on you!!

Dr. Anthony, is no longer with Oshsner. Dr. Anthony is now with Memorial Hospital and his office is located on highway 90 in Bay St. Louis, MS. (I tracked him down). He is the best general surgeon on the MS Coast. He also does upper and lower G.I. He is so easy to talk 2 and explains things 2 you. I trust him 100%.

Dr. Anthony performed my hernia surgery. After 2 weeks I was able to go back to work it's been 4 weeks now and I'm as strong as I was before surgery. Dr. Anthony explained exactly how he was going to perform the surgery and the recovery time. The nurses in my opinion are all number one in healthcare. Thank you all so much for helping me get my life back to normal.

Dr. Anthony is a kind well trained physician. He hospitalized and treated me for a rare post operative condition and I could not be happier with everything he did. He was always checking on me and all I needed to do was the nurse to contact him and took care of any other concerns I may have had. I had to return every week after my discharge from the hospital and couldn’t ask for more pleasant and friendly staff. I think the world of this man and would do any medical thing he wants me to do.
