This place does not even deserve 1-star. If the state of MS would do their job, this facility should be shut down immediately. The staff does absolutely nothing to take care of the patients, no feeding, no diaper changes, no turning in the bed to prevent bed sores, and they either steal or misplace the patients personal belongings. The absolute worst facility. DO NOT let your loved ones be sent here! They will be left to DIE uncared for. Horrible place!
My experience with this company was wonderful..All the staff were very nice and helpful I’d highly recommend this office to anyone.....
Ms. Kat was nice and helpful
This place should be condemned. Worse than anyplace I’ve ever seen in any 3rd country. They call themselves a Covid Rehab Center. The obviously had hung a sheet up in the hallway to make it appear they had a separate area. I observe staff walk in and out of rooms without washing hands or changing gloves. There are no phones in rooms, my quests would be to prevent people from calling for help. My mother was admitted at 11:00pm and was there for 4 days before I could get her out of there. She was there for 4 days without so much as rag to wash her face. I finally convince the bus driver to give her a basin of water and a rag to wash herself. If I’d left my mother one more day she would have died of neglect. When I told them I was transferring her back to her care center in Oxford the nurse in charge tried to tell me I couldn’t. She was not willing to call the on call physician to release her. She threatened me by trying to tell me I was taking her against medical advise. The Director of Nurses called and they wouldn’t believe that we were really transferring her to another medical facility. The laughed at her. It was a mess. The state should shut this place down.
They don't work with their patients. They are only worries about how much money they can get out of a person
My grandmother was there for rehab and now she’s in ICU at North MS Medical Center. They neglected her while she was there! She’s a dialysis patient and has COPD, and they did not give her breathing treatments and did not put her CPAP machine on her at night while sleeping. I also found out that they left her soiled for hours. Best believe we are pursuing legal actions!!!!
All I will say is.....NO!
Horrid place. Do not send your loved one here, even for a short time. I’ve never set foot inside it and I hope I never do. I will never by choice. My mom came here, over my objections, for some respite care following the death of her brother. She also had recurrent thrush and was still recovering from her craniotomy. Still, due to the craniotomy we were given an even longer prognosis and were supposed to come off of hospice within the next few weeks to begin her radiation treatments. Although I didn’t think she would like being back in a facility, it was her request and I believed she would be taken care of. I figured she would just be happy as a clam to get back home. It never occurred to me that she might never come back home!!! I was running some errands on my first full day off from caregiving since February when the social worker asked me to come in to sign some paperwork. I begrudgingly agreed since it wasn’t me who had set up this arrangement and told them I would be in later on that afternoon. About an hour later, I get a text informing me I better hurry. Not really understanding since my mother was fine when she left by ambulance the day before, I asked what was wrong. The nurse called about that time and as soon as I find out her name, I’m reporting her for her unprofessional, borderline abusive way of speaking with a residents family member. First, she says my mom is near death. When I question this, she says I know your mom is a full code (bc we were just diagnosed a few weeks ago and are only a few weeks post op and about to come off of hospice care) but I believe she came here to die. So she wouldn’t be a burden to her family. I’m sorry sugar but you don’t know my momma!! Why would anyone want to go to a place and die alone? She went there thinking they would help her feel better. She is in a lot of pain from her thrush. She wanted relief! I explained our situation and how she was fine yesterday. She tells me that patients can change overnight. Understood, but she never changed this much in my care. I didn’t say this but I did ask, What is she dying from? Why is she near death? We just cut out nearly all of the tumor, she was just given a longer prognosis. Then she got very rude, she said she had been a hospice nurse for many years and my mother had all the signs of nearing death. Low blood pressure and gurgling sounds. That she believes she wanted to die and I could call the ambulance but I would be risking her passing away in the back of it. I told her to call it. I’m now sitting in the ER with my heavily sedated mother. She says she was not taken care of last night. She is in a lot of pain since she wasn’t moved and couldn’t ask to be moved since she was so sedated. Her blood pressure is fine, she O2 sats are fine and the gurgle, is her snoring from being so heavily sedated. She looks awful and to be honest, I’m still very nervous she might slip away. One night at this facility has taken my post op, about to come off of hospice, talking, joking, still full of life mother and turned her into a bed ridden unresponsive invalid on her death bed. This place should be shut down. Check out their scores and how many times they have been reprimanded in the past year. Including a 13,000 fine for mistreating a resident last year. Don’t let your loved one go here. I wish mine hasn’t and they better pray she makes it out of this ER alive or I will spend my last dime or my last breath making sure they don’t do anyone else like this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
