I never wrote negative comments but it touches different when your child is in pain. My mother-in-law took my son here today with complaints of his ear hurting. Because she didnt have my insurance card with her, he wasnt seen, oh but she could have paid $150 which was told to her after she went back in the 2nd time to ask about cash payments. It wasnt told to her upfront but again, she told them I had insurance the first time, so it seems to me that the lady could have worked with her to figure something out. My MIL asked the lady, I guess I gotta go somewhere else and the lady said "I guess so". Where I work, we cant deny service because of payment. My sister told me not to go up there. I should have listened. Ill never go again and I will not recommend. had insurance.

They over charge you, had a dispute with medical card tried to charge me again. Staff nice but policies are terrible

I really dont-like leaving bad reviews but I went to Fast Pace for drug testing sat for about thirty minutes and had clients that checked in after me being seen before me , was not reassured that I would be seen shortly or anything . I have to say this visit has been the worst I’ve experienced at an urgent care.
