My daughter had broken her wrist so I took her to urgent care. Rather than inputting info at reception, you have to wait and do it yourself including uploading photos of cards,etc. Then,they'll check you in. After being treated , we were told we were referred to an orthopedic dr for her permanent cast. Days went by and I was never called. I called Nova to make sure the referral was sent and was assured that it was. I then called the orthopedic specialist and they had never received a referral and my daughter has to go over a week without a cast now as they could not get us in sooner having never received a referral in the first place. All around poor experience.

I came in on 3/23 to get some relief from some congestion and sore throat. Everyone from the medical assistant, to the PA, to the X-ray tech were great. There was very little wait from check in, to info gathering, to meeting with the PA, strep test, chest x-ray for pneumonia. I was given medication to take that is making me feel better 24 hours later. A very nice team that took time to listen to what was going on, do necessary tests, and get my moving on in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for all that you do.

The intake process was perfect. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. All I needed was a PCR test for work, but the 35 minute test ended up being well over an hour (I’m pretty certain they forgot about me) and I was charged for a “office visit” as well. Total charge was over $350 for a simple Covid test.Bottom line: people were great, process and price were not good.

Showed up just after 9 with about 4 cars in the parking lot and told my appointment would be at 9:40. Finally was called in at 12:00. Very dissatisfied with the service I had there and watching everyone pass me in line. I kept being told I was next so I stuck it out. It would have been a whole different story if they had given me a more accurate timeline. They also could not answer any of my questions about covid testing and which test I was getting and costs. First time there and truly disappointed.
