I am generally quite critical of delivery of medical services, and this was exceptional. Going to the Belgrade,MT Nova Urgent Care for COVID testing was made so easy by the clerical and clinical staff. Their system of developing a daily queue was personal, fair and efficient. Kudos to the team that developed the system!From my first phone call, I was treated with upbeat kindness, interest and encouragement. Communication was excellent; the flow of patients was safe and unhurried; each person showed genuine interest. Thank you to these team members for putting themselves at risk to care for us all!

Yes staff was kind and was extremely grateful that u guys fit my 2 year old son in last minute and saved us a trip to the ER cause we were very worried 😟 the doctor was very helpful and explained things to me so I could understand his condition and his medication thank you!
