Dr Bourgon is very kind and knowledgeable, she looks at your whole picture of health and breaks everything down to where its manageable for you to understand and start to improve, and even gives you notes to reference back too. I was amazed at the thoroughness she provided. I expected the "well why are you here today", 15 min in and out and the response of "Well try this" routine, this is not what I received at all. Would recommend 100 percent. If you are looking for a provider that will listen to you and tell you how to improved your picture of health , and provide information you may not want to hear , Roberta is your provider.

I completely trust Dr. Bourgon. She explains everything until you understand it. She comes to the waiting room and gets you herself. Very pleasant and personable. Knowledgeable beyond belief. I have moved to another city but make the trip to Billings to see her. She’s awesome.

Great doctor! She does a great job of listening to her patients and really solving from the source. Not just mask the symptoms. Very knowledgeable, and communicates in language I could easily understand. Very great bed side manners as well.
