I have claustrophobia and was really nervous about being inside the tube. After a terrible experience at another diagnostic center, I was apprehensive about the whole thing. From scheduling, to checking in and to entering the tube, all was done with extreme care and compassion. I’ll never go anywhere else and neither should you.

Got in quickly after filling in forms and MRI was comfortable with headphones for music to help distract from the weird noises the machine makes.

My doctor referred me over to this business to get imaging done for my back. I initially called two days in a row, and left voice messages, and now I still haven’t had any response almost a week later. St Vincent has also noted that other patients are also having this issue.

I have no issues with services provided. I had a small balance after procedure and made multiple attempts to pay using automated system. I called Billings office and informed them that the automated system wasn't working and requested to pay bill either over the phone or drop check at their office. Billing office wouldn't take payment so I requested they have their payment service contact me. Bill was sent to wrong address and the next contact I had was with collections. Billing process proved to be inadequate at best . Giving them the 100 dollar balance was a big enough problem that I almost hD to get my attourney involved
