List of Bozeman Outpatient Surgery Center's Reviews
Go anywhere else. In the 8 years I have lived in this valley and had to deal with this farce of a medical institution. Months with the GI clinic has never been able to solve my problems. My last ER visit was 3 hours and discharged when I'm told I should have been under medical supervision for 24 hours for my condition. This place needs to shut down.
Want to talk to your doctor's office? Too bad, we don't care! Connecting with your MD isn't even an option on the Bozeman Health phone tree, and all numbers dump you into the phone tree. And if you choose to wait on the line, pressing nothing (which you are never told is the default to talk with a human but that's the secret) get ready for long hold times (3-20 min)! AND that gets you just to a general operator, then time to hold again! Yay! A huge indicator that they just don't care about your care is that they don't even want to talk to you.

I have never had such a difficult time working with a company and just making a payment - it took them months to get my insurance billed and now whenever I call I go straight to a voicemail. This is the worst customer service for taking someone's money I have ever experienced ! Get new staff or a better billing system because this is completely unfair to your clientele base.
Don't go to these people unless you are dying and there is not other option. you will be charged $200 just to walk in the front door. I went to the clinic in Belgrade with a torn muscle and the doctor lady said that she could not do anything nor could she recommend anything for me. She said I needed to go to the ER!! Can you believe that. She sent me out with nothing and then I got a bill for $205. Doctors use to actually care for and about their patients, and that still may be the case with some but I have not experienced it yet.
Tonight I went into the ER and the intake nurse said it will be a bit till I was seen. It was 3 hours later and I walked out of the door. Not waiting anymore. My husband asked why I wasn't see yet after seeing so many people come and go. They said I wasn't important enough or not important at all. So I feel that they all need to take classes on dealing and working with people and if you come in to be seen and get passed over multiple times guess what, they don't care or want to deal with you.
I will make this as short as possible. It is a horrible place with horrible people running it. Hardly non profit. They will sic the most horrible bill collection people they can. They do bad work. I had kidney stones. Imaging done in ER ,then before surgery. Two surgeries later on the next day, not imaged after surgery. 6 months later another 6mm stone same side, same place. They do another surgery. Image in ER, one before and one after. I question it, they cost me 12000 in deductible alone. They of course do there own internal investigation and find they have no responsibility of course. Then there head hunting collectors did everything they could to hurt me and my family. I was then very dissatisfied, so then I find out you cant hire a lawyer in the same town because the hospital keeps 95% of them on retainer. So no lawyer would help me. By far the worst hospital I have ever seen. If you have any choice dont go there! They will lie and employ any tactic they can to destroy you financially if you question them. It went as far as when they turned me over to collection and I found out, I called. Try to set up payment. They wouldn't accept it. Run me thru court to which I didnt get to defend myself really. Look up the story about the 49 year old that went in for a knee replacement that died from a infection. Look what they did to that guys family. The worst thing you could do for yourself or your family is to go to these corrupt lying greedy people. The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't post this without it.
Stay away from the Wound Clinic. Incompetent, arrogant staff. Wouldn't listen and wounds became ten times worse. Poor procedures, picked up gauze from floor to swab wound. Had husband lying on his side for 45 minutes while they photographed wounds. Put bandage over his anus! Very bad!
Hi I came to Bozeman mt deaconess hospital to get an ultrasound on my baby for Down syndrome. The tech lady was pushing so hard it was unbelievable. I mean when getting an ultrasound I go in on a full bladder. That is what they tell me to do. It literally was so painful, and I feel she needs some training on bedside manner. That was not ok. Why would any tech do that to a pregnant woman? If you can't see what you need to see by gently touching the patient then do it later! I'll never go here again for sure! Unless I absolutely have too!!!! The lady who drew my blood did it quick and painless that's why I gave her the 2 stars!
Our issue with this hospital is with the billing. My husband had an injury which was work related and should have been billed to workman's comp. Three times they sent us a bill and my husband told them it needed to be sent to workman's comp. He gave them the case number and information they needed. Next thing you know they sent the bill to collections?? My guess is with all of their disorganization they didn't get the bill sent to Workman's comp in time and the case was closed. If you have a choice, drive the extra distance to Billings. We have been treated wonderfully by St. V's!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
