I became sick at work to the point that I felt that I should be tested for Covid. The Nova Health Urgent Care was the third place that I called. I wish that I had just gone there first. The staff were very professional and quick. I really appreciated how rapidly that I got the results. I was able to go home and immediately start isolating. Also, the people that I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Nova Health Urgent Care.

Unless you are getting tested for COVID, avoid this place. I was injured in an accident and made the mistake of going here. While sitting in the waiting area, 4 different people walked in with COVID symptoms. Why a health facility would allow symptomatic people to walk in and potentially infect others is mind boggling to me, especially since there are electronic means of checking patients in and managing testing. Additionally, the person working the front desk told me it would be "just a few minutes". After sitting there 30 minutes I walked out and went elsewhere. They called me 2 1/2 hours later to inform me they were ready for me.
