I would highly recommend Dr. Sonnemann. He was the only psychiatrist that has been able to reach my daughter. He listened to her concerns and treated her as a person instead of just treating her disease process. I am very grateful for the time that my daughter was in his care. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sonnemann's since 2017. I like that he is a young doctor, fresh out of school and up on the latest information, studies, and medications. He speaks to me openly and leaves no stone unturned. He is patient, kind and above all, humble. I have suffered terribly all my life with depression and suicide ideology. It is because of Dr. Sonnemann that I am still here.

Dr. Sonnemann is a great listener and makes you feel like your voice is actually heard, which I consider one of the most important traits of a good psychiatrist. I always enjoy visiting, despite getting anxiety from most doctors, because Dr. Sonnemann is always very kind and relatable. He always makes sure to get my input on how the medications affect me and asks about what improvements I would like to see after the appointment. At the end he makes a treatment decision taking into consideration what I said. After the 5-6 appts I've had with him so far, I have yet to leave or return unsatisfied and I will definitely be keeping him as my regular psych.
