The only place in town to get a covid test, they had a good system in place to get folks into the queue. I would say excellent service.

Pulled back from the waiting room just to wait in the back for almost an hour so far. Sit me in a room for too long I'll see the sign on the door and leave a review. Came in for a simple test, still haven't seen the dr to swab my nose yet. I'm about ready to walk out. I might come back and update this if i ever get service. Edit to add, I walked out after waiting 1hr10mins no doctor seen, just the nurse checked my vitals. As i walked out i told the nurse there I was extremely uncomfortable sitting in there after more than an hour and couldn't deal with waiting anymore and all she said was 'oh okay'At least she didn't try lying to say he'd see me in 5 minutes or something. I'm just not gonna come back to Nova again.

The staff was very kind. The nurse and the doctor listened to my concerns and prescribed the medication I requested.

There was a long wait for me because I was a walk-in which is typical for all doctors offices. I was seen by Dr. Jimmie Barnwell. He was knowledgeable about what was causing my issue and got me treated quickly and even covered me with a medical release to go back to work. This was one of the best visits I have received in the Butte area and will go no where else. He even considered my income and got me generic prescriptions so I didn’t have to pay an extreme bill at the end.

I am so impressed with Tim. This is the second time I have seen him and like before he is personable, considerate, professional and listens to your concerns and explains treatment thoroughly. Very happy with service. Thank you Tim and staff.
