Might as well go to the Emergency room this is the slowest urgent care I have ever been to both recent visitshave been in excess of 2 hrs

Went in for a ear infection and of course the first thing they want to do is test me for covid! Cynthia looked in my ear and said there was to much wax to see my ear dumb and said they would have to test me for covid before they could clean my ear and look at it again! i said i would rather not be tested for covid and that i came in for them to look at my ear and i asked if it could be a sinus infection or a ear infection and she said it could be,then she threw her hands up and walked out of the room, obviously that upset her that i wanted her to do something other then test for covid, minutes later the nurse came in and cleaned my ear and looked at it and said it was indeed Red! Cynthia came back into the room without saying anything and looked into my ear and said i guess I'll just treat you for an ear infection! Was completely unprofessional and rude! There are other sickness in this world besides covid and maybe they should do a little more then just assume it's covid!

My elderly father had an appointment at Nova Care on January 31, 2022. I was allowed to go in with him during the appointment.This gave me the opportunity to be involved in his treatment plan. He was treated with care and compassion. I strongly recommend visiting Nova Care for your health concerns!
