Twelve years ago, I came to Dr. Downey with a shattered ankle. He did a wonderful job of "knitting" me back together and after therapy, no further treatment was needed! I highly recommend Dr. Downey!

Not only does Dr. Downey himself have our absolute confidence and respect as a result of several situations he has handled competently, smoothly and personably, his staff does, as well. Friendly, helpful and responsive, yet every bit the perfect medical profession...all of them. Special notice goes to his PA, Jana Barnes who guided her very caring and responsive assistant, Emily through the procedures we required , in a respectful and fully satisfying recent visit.

I had hip replacement about 4 years ago, worst experience of my life! Dr. Downey called me on the phone when I was on the operating table he was running late & wondered if I had any questions, that should have been my first clue to get up & run!! So while my hip was being replaced my femur was also broken during surgery. Dr. Downey came to see me once after surgery I never saw him again not even on follow up appointments no phone call to see if I was okay. So 6 weeks in a wheel chair 6 weeks with a walker 6 weeks on crutches! The pain has only gotten worse so Im pretty much disabled @ 69 years old, I havent had one day pain free in years Thanks for nothing!

Dr. Downey has fixed several of my broken bones, I cannot say enough good things about him! Wonderful care and he and his staff are very caring.

I have seen Dr. Downey for several different problems and he has always been professional and helpful. One of my issues, after a couple visits and physical therapy, he referred me to a specialist in Missoula that had more experience it what I was dealing with. I feel Dr. Downey is the best surgeon in the state of MT if not the /united States, I would recommend him to anyone and have recommended him to several people.

Dr. Downey has treated me on two occasions, and both times I felt that I received excellent, attentive care delivered to the highest standards. He is a professional, focused on the task at hand -- but he always took the time to put me at ease . I would be pleased to recommend Dr. Downey to anyone.

Dr. Downey and his staff are extremely pleasant and kind. I had a lot of anxiety with having a fracture and after the appointment I left feeling relieved and well cared for. They put my mind at ease and showed me a huge amount of compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Downey for orthopedic care! Two thumbs up!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Downey! I have seen many doctors and he is by far the kindest and funniest! I have never laughed so much during a doctor appointment as I did at his office! It is not very often you leave a doctor office smiling! Can't speak highly enough of him! Hopefully he is not retiring anytime soon because Dillon is lucky to have him! Thanks Dr. Downey for everything!
