She was 20 min late and never apologized. She has EMDR on her Psychology Today overview but told me she has never used it! She checked the time in front of me twice and when she asked "Tell me about your mother", I jokingly responded "how much time do you have?" She replied "About 10 minutes". What??!! Don't even consider this woman!!!

she showed up late to our appointments, had pretty much nothing to say, and messed up payment details. She is VERY focused on getting paid, yet messed up with my insurance and hounded me to pay her money that I did not owe her after my final appointment. Ended up not having to pay but that was ridiculous. Very unprofessional

She was 45 minutes late, had a dog and we spent the first 20 minutes working on paperwork. She told me it would be $60 on the phone but refused to change the price on the document ($140) I put my information on claiming insurance would pay it anyway. We argued about this for A LONG TIME and I eventually gave up because I was here on my lunch. My insurance claim did not go through and when I received the bill (one year later) she charged me $115. She was condescending and seemed incredulous that I would seek out a therapist for general mental health and not for something specific. We talked for maybe 5 minutes about anything substantial. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. She will not help you.

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. She walks out 10 minutes prior to our appointment, hands me a form to fill out and says she will be back in a couple minutes for our session. She ended up coming back 10 minutes LATE. I followed her to her office (as directed) and she did not even apologize for being late. She said "I hope you like dogs," as she points to her own. I said it was fine, considering I was already there & the dog was already in my face. (I'm allergic, but that's fine. She should let her patients know before the appointment.) She was horribly condescending as we spoke about my insurance and benefits. After spending about 5 minutes of being berated by her, she said "I'll accept your copay, but you will need to compensate me for the rest at a later time." I told her the session was over and I wanted my information back. She insisted she be compensated for the five minutes of scolding, but after calling her out for being tardy with no apology, she took "No" for an answer. EEEEKKK Way to gain my trust and make me feel comfortable.
