My friend went into the ER for the second time this week. He was not helpful, gave her no insight, and shrugged his shoulders at her every question. Word for word, his response: "there's obviously something wrong with you but I don't know what to do, I don't know what to tell you." Worst Doctor experience ever. I had to ask him basic follow up questions that he should have just explained to begin with, like what to do when she gets home.
