Doc Jones has been a wonderful doctor. He listens to me and is quick to make a referral if needed or diagnose and treat. Unfortunately I don't know what is going to happen when he retires. Hopefully his replacement is as caring and wise.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR JONES FOR ABOUT 2 years. I think he is great he listens and makes sure the patient understands everything and is quick to answer any patient concerns.

Well the oriental girl that works in the front office told me when she made my appt that i would get a reminder call the day before my appt. I have not heard from anyone and i think my appt is tomorrow at 9:30am. So guess i will make the 50+ mile drive and hope i am seen.

It has taken 3 days and 5 calls to get a prescription for a Potassium tablet instead of a capsule (much cheaper) sent to pharmacy. Walgreens has faxed the request too. Now I'm in the waiting room being ignored. Great customer service. Dr. is generally equally helpful. They are close to the hospital so have tried to make it work for my mom's sake. No more.
