Dr Coots and his staff made me so comfortable and relaxed for my operation. They are warm, caring and knowledgeable. GraceAnn made me forget why I was there……great bedside manner! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Was not impressed from the moment I walked through the door. First of all I waited around 5 minutes before the only person in the office even noticed I was standing there, then she was very rude and almost aggressive I'd say. The only good thing about this place was the nurse she was awesome and has a good upbeat vibe compared to the rest of the bunch that seem to be super miserable! Very unimpressed and I will not be referring or using this business. I do not recommend.

Do not get lip fillers by Dr Coots. He and his staff are relatively nice but he is largely inexperienced when it comes to lip fillers. I had my lips filled (my first ever experience) in June of 2021. I didn’t realize how mediocre it was until recently having my lips filled after moving back to CA. The 2 experiences were nothing alike and I learned what was painfully lacking from my ordeal with Coots. Firstly I was scared from the beginning as I had asked about being numbed beforehand and not given the option, he doesn’t numb anyone apparently! I was given an ice pack afterwards. My current doctor explained that this is inhumane in her opinion as it is very painful without. This is because the inside of lips are a mucous membrane and the vermillion border are both highly sensitive with many nerve endings. I can vouch for the pain. My lips ached and burned for 3 days straight. Surely he as an MD isn’t ignorant of those anatomical facts yet refuses to numb patients…? Yikes. I still feel bad for my naive self. Secondly, he placed filler only on the vermilion borders and did so badly particularly on my upper lip which later migrated. I had visible unevenness on my bottom lip bc he was inexperienced and “chased the swelling” during the injection process instead of keeping track of what had been injected where. Some injection areas swell more than others, that doesn’t equate to filler volume.. Lastly, I paid $650 (filler prices have increased since) for an entire Juvederm XC syringe that we hardly used (maybe 25%) bc once again a lack of experience. He looked at the injection swelling (normal) and told me my lips couldn’t hold more which isn’t true. My latest filler here in CA was Versalip 1.2 ML syringe and my lips looked great. I even had a second syringe placed and still have objectively small, natural looking lips! How and where you place the filler really matters. Also my current doctor explained most injectors offer a complimentary storage and re-injection of the remaining product (within safe timeframe) after swelling subsides to ensure customer satisfaction. I ended up getting ripped off big time bc Lift offers no such service. Overall; nice clean building, great staff but a major disappointment and waste of my money. I’m sure he does well in his area of expertise: plastic surgery. However I would highly advise skipping Lift and researching to find an office that injects lips often for your lip filler needs. It’s too expensive and painful to be unhappy with your results.

My wife just had breast implants done by Dr Coots he did an amazing job. Dr Coots is very professional and knowledgeable ,he has a great bed bedside manner.He’s just awesome person all around.I would definitely recommend .

I want to thank Dr. Coots and staff for an amazing experience. I had a laser for facial tightening done and lip fillers done. Dr. Coots explained everything in great detail and eased my fears. I was so impressed with the outcome. I'm 79 years old and have had a lot of plastic surgeons work on me. I have to say that Dr. Coots is the most kind, caring, compassionate and one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've been to. I am deathly afraid of needles and did not want to do a numb blocker before my lip fillers. He highly recommended that I be numbed up to have less pain. I love the way they look! Thank you again for the awesome results! I will definitely continue being a patient of Dr. Coots'.

Dr. Coots' bed side manner is amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed so he could hurry on to the next patient. He went into detail about everything. I've had Botox and lip injections done by numerous doctors, but definitely will be getting everything done by Dr. Coots from now on.

I was diagnosed with a cancerous mole and referred to DR. Coots. I didn’t know what to expect but after the first visit he laid everything out for me, and help ease all stress and anxiety I had about the upcoming process. I couldn’t have been happier with the result of my 2 procedures. Everything went well. He was kind and very knowledgeable. It made the process so much easier. I would 100% recommend him. The whole staff there was great as well! Very friendly and always helpful.

I could not be more thrilled with the results and comfort with Dr Coots and Donna provided. I went in for a breast reduction consult this spring and in between that appointment and insurance green lighting the procedure it turned out I also needed a hysterectomy. Dr Coots office coordinate with my Ob-Gyn office and we were able to do the surgeries together. A month post operation and I could not be more thrilled with my reduction and scarring. Donna and Dr Coots answered all of my questions and always took time for me in the office. Dr Coots and Donna thank you so much, my only regret is I did not make the appointment earlier.

Let me begin this referral with, I live 2 1/2 hours away. I pass numerous plastic/reconstruction surgeons on my drive from Flathead County and would do it all again. Dr. Coots, as well as his staff, are exceptional in their field and wonderful people. After a failed surgery that left me disfigured and in pain; I sought out help from “the best” surgeon in the Kalispell area. She left me brow beaten and in tears. I looked outside of Kalispell Hospital and have been blessed for doing so. Dr. Coots gave me physical relief and my self confidence back. I feel and look the way I should had many years and many surgeries ago. I am truly grateful for Dr. Coots. He IS a truly gifted surgeon and I could never sing praises loudly enough.

I had weight loss surgery in April 2014 and lost over half my body weight. I then developed anorexia and reached an unhealthy low. Thankfully, I was able to get back to a healthy weight. Through all of that trauma to my body, I had a lot of excess skin. It took me until last year to be able to save up enough money for plastic surgery. I had a consultation with Dr. Coots and immediately knew he would be a wonderful surgeon! He was very detail-oriented and listened to all of my concerns. He answered all of my questions. Most importantly, he was kind and considerate! He understood how important this surgery was to me, what I had been through, and how long I had been waiting to have these procedures done. We scheduled my abdominoplasty and brachioplasty to be done in June 2021. Unexpectedly during the pre-op process, it was discovered that I had anemia. My surgery had to be rescheduled. I was devastated and felt completely defeated! Dr. Coots reassured me that my surgery would be done once I was healthy. After two iron infusions, I was finally able to have the abdominoplasty and brachioplasty done in October 2021! Dr. Coots had such a pleasant and warm bedside manner, which I feel like is very rare in these crazy times. Every follow up appointment has been great. The nurses have all been compassionate and sweet as pie! I'm over the moon happy with the results of the surgery, Dr. Coots and his team! :)
