Dr. Kirkland is very professional. She does not act like she is in a hurry to rush me through. Has always listened to what my concerns are an compiles the best treatment plan that works for my health. Even if it is a change in medication to adjust she has a lot of patience with this subject. She is such a great MD that my sister and mom go to her now. They have the same opinion that "She really takes the time to Listen." Being in healthcare myself it is critical for patient satisfaction to find a PCP that will actually listen to your concerns instead of rush rush patients through like cattle. Thank you for all your compassion and care through the years.

Brenda is a great doctor but has terrible follow through. I waited over a week for her to make a referral and for her to call me back with lab results.

She was an over an hour late to my appointment and arrived 5 minutes before noon (rushing to lunch). She didn't apologize for it, didn't act concerned about my health and I felt like she was rolling her eyes and me and wishing I would shut up so she could type up prescriptions and rush me out. She seems very intelligent and I'm sure she is great at practicing medicine but she needs help with her bedside manner. She isn't someone I want to be around if I ever get sick.
