Dr Waggener has to be one of best surgeons that I have came across. He is very well mannered, professional, and kind. He did an amazing job with my daughter and he treated me very well as the parent. He treated us as real people and never once acted like he was better than us in any way. He will be my go to surgeon from now on. His nurse is very caring and kind also. Great people!!!
