The office required me to make a doctor's appointment in order to buy replacement orthotic shoe inserts. Then the doctor said I didn't need an appointment for that and ordered orthotics based on my previous mold. I stated that I wanted the exact same kind as last time and then they forgot to complete the order. I called 3 weeks later and they said they put the order in. When the inserts came a week or two later. They were the wrong ones. In the meantime, my feet really hurt

Called to be courteous when I was going to be literally 2 minutes late for my 7yr olds appt. They canceled the appt. I was 2 blocks away from the office. This appt was made months ago.

My experience with Dr Mangold has been very good,he explains things,takes time to try options before resorting to surgery and compassionate . He is thorough and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend him.

Check t out I have been seeing dr. Mangold for 4 years he will give you the best care posable. But his staff is the most disreaspectable. Peapole.I have ever met don't even try to call him he will never return your calls. He is in it for the money.Look after all the this he will leave you high and dry don't be fooled

After a procedure to correct a bunion on my right foot, my great toe made a 45% turn to the right. Now interferes with my gait and balance. Pushed the adjacent toes to the right
