List of Robert Smith's Reviews
The wait time for this MD in the waiting room is not long - pretty much on time. He is always willing to listen to you and offer a consult to a specialist if he cannot handle the problem. Always willing to answer questions and does not rush you during the appointment. Hard to get an appointment if you are ill, always a long wait or staff suggests you go to urgent care of ER. If you have Medicare you are automatically given an appointment every 3 months, needed or not. Guess you save your medical issues for you next appointment. Staff is difficult and will often make you feel like you are doing something wrong or putting them out when you are there. Dr Smith is a caring and knowledgeable physician.

Hey Dr. Smith, Sure do miss you back here in Indiana! Hope you are doing well!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
