First off, I would give 0 stars. I would never ever recommend Ryan Nahapetian and especially his nurse Whitney. Ryan and his staff are completely incompetent and lazy when it comes to diagnosing and treating patients. I have a life threatening illness and Ryan never followed up on any appointment, treatment, and told me I had this illness over the phone with no explanation that the disease is life threatening. I have medication which requires specialty drugs that his office keeps screwing up at the pharmacy taking weeks at a time to get anything done. They don’t follow up on your health or make it a priority and they don’t follow up on sensitive paperwork. For example, they prescribed these specialty drugs for me which required insurance approval because of the high cost and then they both went out of town for a week on vacation. In the meantime, I’m struggling to survive without them while they were on vacation. The list goes on. I would drive to Spokane (3hours) before seeing him.
