I visit Dr. O'Leary on 9/22/22. Her MA is great/front office was warm. However there was a mix up in the records. I was there for an annual & she INSISTED I was there for family planning. She became irritated when I just wanted my annual. She explained my expenses (incorrectly) so I became anxious about not being able to pay my bill. I was in tears & asked to end the appointment. She kept talking AT me, not with me. Never offered to talk with her billing people to get correct info. Never offered comfort (despite me crying). Never offered a solution. I asked 2 more times to end the appointment b/c I was not comfortable with her. She was agitated & finally said "Well you can go. I see we aren't getting anywhere today." I told her I did not want to be billed since we didn't do anything. It was obvious she was mad about not making money. My insurance explained everything to me with my billing. Dr. O'Leary was horribly mistaken and created unnecessary anxiety over me being able to afford my female health.

Its great she is awesome she helps you when you have problems and she takes care of the problem and gives you options to make it easier for you she is awesome and a wonderful doctor
