Within the first five minutes of my establishing care appointment she belittled me for the choice of tests I had pursued in the past and treated me as if I was a hypochondriac. She tried to act as more of a therapist rather than a family doctor and prescribed me a “magic-cure-all” medication with worse side effects than the condition- all within 15 of meeting me and before reading my charts! She then believed I was “in-flexible” or “uncooperative” because I didn’t want to take the pills she haphazardly tried to prescribe, even though other medical professionals, whom I trust, saw these as detrimental to my health. She will treat you as lessor and will not listen to what you have to say. Stay clear. If I could zero stars, I would.

Dr. Plate made me incredibly uncomfortable. Each experience with her was awkward and not genuine. She made me feel incapable and unsupported. I want a doctor who cares about me personally and medically. The relationship aspect was not there. It was almost as if she forgot about my prior visits each time I returned. I felt as if she did not care about me as a patient. She did not respect my personal decisions and made me feel moronic. She made the decision not to come back very easy for me.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Has no people skills. She has no problem talking down to you like she is better. No one in their right mind would open up to her about their health conditions the way she treats people! No has no respect!

In working with Dr. Plate, she has proven herself to be empathetic, thoughtful and a champion problem solver. She really invests in her patients and I feel like she, her nurses and I are a team working together to get answers for my health questions. Highly, highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Plate. She made me feel comfortable, is professional and knowledgeable.

Takes time to answer questions

Dr. Plate is very knowledgeable and honest in her feedback about any health concerns we have discussed. she and her nurse took extra time to coordinate with a different service to get me squeezed in for a test, so I didn't have to take more time off work. It is always hard to find a new doctor when you move to a new town and I feel like I got lucky!

She is an excellent Doctor. She thinks about prevention not treatment. Very smart and knowledgeable. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary Doctor!!

Worst Dr. I have ever been to in my life as an adult male. Her arrogance, dismissiveness and mistreatment was the reason I left her office in about 15 minutes and told her she wasn't the Dr. For me. She then later gives me a damaging diagnosis after just talking with me and not listening for about 15 minutes on my records!. I went through hospital procedure and requested amendment and Dr. Plates refused . I then med w the chief of medical and the chief of agreed with me but PLATES refused 2ndtm

After communication issues with a previous doctor who would not listen to me nor care what I thought about things, I found Dr. Plate. She is very conscientious, listens carefully to me, is determined to find the best possible solutions to any of my health care concerns. She is a very gentle, caring person.
