Typical hospital-based healthcare. Get them in and get them out as fast as possible. Dr. K is an okay guy and knowledgeable, but part of the system that provides a rather mediocre service.

Dr. K is knowledgeable enough but does not seem as though he is interested in us. Appointment time was spent putting notes into his laptop as if charting is done on the fly. (Like visiting w/Teenager w/new phone) Unfortunately, he did not ask good questions and listen to our concerns. He seems to listen just enough to jump to his own conclusions and clack out notes before waiving the magic pharmaceutical wand and offering solutions in pill form.. Will not be seeing him again.

My exam experiences with Dr. Krainaker are always excellent. He is very thorough with his explanations and he is always so patient with all of my questions. The entire staff is really accommodating & on schedule. Great office.

He sent me for an very expensive test that I did not need. Did not ask if I had insurance to cover the cost. Turns out, my deductible and co-pay will leave me with a $1,000 bill.
