Diane P. Nowak's Online Review Report Card

She refused to do my annual physical and instead did a "wellness visit" which I had told scheduling, the aide and Dr Nowak that I did NOT want. Extremely difficult to get appointments. Scheduling usually tells me to go to urgent care if I am sick - otherwise wait 6 weeks.

Dr. Nowak is a very approachable and down to earth physician. I feel well taken care of with her as my doctor.

The staff is very helpful in setting up appointments and accepting changes. She also delivers babies and one one ocassion when I had an apointment and was waiting, she rushed by me and smiled. Right behind her was a staff member saying she was on the way to deliver a baby. Instad of resheduling me ( I have a hour drive) they had me come back later in the afternoon and worked me in. She is always friendly, with a smile and listens to what you have to say. She is concerned about each patient. I have been in the VA system for years with back problems. When I was unable to get relief for numbness and tingling in my legs she sent me to physical therapy (which I had had). They re-elevated the exercises I had been given and had me start others. Most of the numbness and tingling left. She listened to me. Compared to other docters I have had locally and in the VA I would put her way above them for her friendlyness, Caring, and knowledge. She also involves me in my Health care.
