Worst doctor by far. 10 year old niece had a serious skull fracture and it was an absolute disaster. Dr was very sporadic and seemed like he wasn't all there especially when trying explain what the seriousness was. He really had no idea. We had to have her treated at St Pete's for 6 hours and it was 6 hours of serious hell of not knowing what the hell was going to happen. THIS DOCTOR WILL KILL SOMEONE. St Pete's is already known as the worst facility in the state and this doctor needs to lose his license IMMEDIATELY!

The way he treated my loved one who was there for a medical emergency was appalling. I was crying asking him to admit my daughter for nonstop vomiting. He could have cared less. Ordered us out of the ER with the threat of calling hospital staff to escort us out when myself (the mother) refused to leave. He gave my daughter zero options and told us to drive to great falls at 1 in the morning. I thought being a Dr was about honor and doing the right thing. Dr phelps laughed at me when I asked him what to do next. Again he just kept recommending other towns saying he couldn’t help. (Not that he tried at all!). No tests were run, no patient care was given. Shame on this entire facility; built off the backs of those suffering.

Unprofessional and erratic behavior. I question if this man is of sound mind...very concerned he was on drugs or drunk while treating my family member. Horrible treatment.

Terrible treatment. This Dr needs to be reviewed by a medical board for negligence and incompetence.

Would give negative stars if possible. Horrible treatment by this doctor. Diagnosed me incorrectly and I almost died. Luckily I had surgery a few days later by a trained Dr. St petes should be ashamed that he’s allowed to practice medicine at all. He’s bound to kill someone soon.
