Dr. LaClair and his staff are there for one purpose, to help you be well and or attain the best quality of life for you possible if you have an issue with your kidneys. Dr. LaClair is a friendly, easy person to talk with about anything you need an answer about regarding you and your kidney function. Dr. LaClair is a detailed, well educated, experienced and dedicated physician. If you need dialysis or a transplant you have found the best TEAM of dedicated people to help you transition from dialysis to a successful transplant. If kidney transplantation is not an option then you have the choice of home dialysis (with training of you and another person) to be at home or an RV as you travel and get dialysis on the road.

Dr. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet also warm and courteous. He always shakes my hand, listens carefully, and answers all of my questions. I'm sure that he is busy, yet I never feel rushed when I see him. He gives you his undivided attention. In short, he and his staff treat you like a person, and not just a number. Some dentists frighten children, but my daughter loves Dr. Rob due to his gentle and kind nature. I highly recommend him and his professional staff.

I'm a patient of the VA hospital in Helena recently diagnosed with CKD stage 3. I also have three kidney cysts, one internally septated. My doctors recommend labs every three months to see if there any changes in my creatinine level, and to see if there are significant changes in the cysts. Is this wait and see treatment what you would recommend
