My daughter was seen by him, around 3mo old. He’s like magic, he got her to stop crying for a few minutes, she was screaming non stop for her first three months of life, extremely colicky. He got her all the tests I was interested in, because I was terrified something else was wrong, he listened to me and I had been to four other pediatric doctors who just brushed me off.

We have been visiting Dr. Tom for 3.5 years now. We are comfortable with his staff and they take wonderful care of our two little boys. When we expressed our fears about a family history of Craniosynostosis he listened to our concerns and went out of his way to learn more about it to provide us with the best possible care. The only down side to Dr. Tom that we have found is that he is incredibly busy and we have experienced some long waits in the examination rooms, but his nursing staff is amazing making sure that the boys are treated with gentle efficiency and kindness.

When your baby gets 3 or 4 shots as usual every time they do their shots you shouldn't have to beg the nurse to go and get a second nurse they should automatically have the common sense to not torture your child one shot at a time not only that but they won't write a doctors note that their vaccinations cause temperatures which is awful if your child is in daycare and you have to pay for the days they can't be there because your child is running a temperature because of the immunizations not only that but my child was hospitalized in the er because of their bad judgement on prescription and didn't fully recover for weeks

He overlooked red flags that my son had something wrong with him, told me to wait and see. come to find out my 7 month old had bilateral subdural hematomas (bleeding in the brain). I trusted him with my son's life and it almost turned out deadly. If you can take anything away from this it is to trust your instincts, always questioned the doctor, be assertive and remember they work for you not the other way around.
