Had a very long initial visit with Alison. She was great, answered all of our questions with patience, professionalism and care. I am looking at a variety of options but would have no problem working with her. She seems knowledgable, sharp and very empathetic.

Terrible doctor. She has a bad attitude and lacks social skills. She does not keep up with technology. Her view on diabetes is behind 20 years. Would not recommend her.

Very sweet and caring! Didnt try to throw unneeded medications at me and has carefully continued monitoring my thyroid levels ( I have hashimoto's thyroiditis) to make sure they stay good and to catch if I have a flair up. Also have made it super convenient as i live far from kalispel and have worked well with my home town clinic to send blood testing so as i dont have to travel un unsafe winter conditions. All in all I've never had such a good doctor and I'll continue going through them for my thyroid health needs.

Met with her for an initial visit. Very pleased. Provided an abundance of info I had not known from previous endocronoligists. So far so good!

Truly awful. I am new to the area so I needed to set up a long term endocrinologist who understands thyroid concerns. This location is following thyroid treatments that are decades old. The American Thyroid Association has published work describing the most up to date treatments for thyroid patients. Patients are coming here and leaving sick and helpless. T4 only was debunked years ago! Train your doctors, retrain your doctors!! Medical advances are happening everyday. You are hurting your patients because you are to lazy to read published work, or big pharma is clouding your judgment. I was literally told " We don't want to see you again. Your thyroid is fine". Even though I was born with congenital hypothyroidism and have basic hypothyroidism markers. Lazy, out of date, uncaring doctors. DO NOT see anyone at this practice. See a naturopath instead. They actually care.

Disgusting that anyone would call her a human being let alone a "doctor."

This "doctor" is not interested in your health at all.Do not waste your time even considering going to see her like I did.I am in shock that she is allowed to practice medicine.Her being rude and not listening to her patients is the least of her unprofessionalism but an added bonus.I am so relieved do not see her anymore.
