When arriving and going to the front desk. The lady working there asked if it was my right shoulder. Which if she would have looked at the paper work would see that it's the Left. I waited 30 mins past my appointment time. So I left. Very unprofessional would not recommend to anybody!!

Dr. Ward did some surgery on my son's broken leg. He was outstanding. He put us all at ease, was kind, attentive, great with my little son, very upfront with what to expect, and took his time with our questions. I would absolutely rate the experience with Dr. Ward with 5 stars and would highly reccomend him.

First surgery failed on torn lgiments in right shoulder. Second surgery (total reverse shoulder replacement) failed. Shoulder now dislocates all the time. So much pain, but I am afraid to go back to Ward. Penny O.

Dr. Ward was called in for a very serious accident that I had, And I am so THANKFUL that he was. He saved my left forearm from having to be amputated. I still have all of my hand functions ! He Is The BESTEST In My BOOK !

I've had the misfortune to damage my left rotator cuff once, and the right one twice. Dr. Ward repaired a full tear of my supraspinatus this last time, and did a fine job. I had full range of motion within weeks, and I am very satisfied with my experience, overall.

Dr. Ward has been so great to work with since my husbands accident. He explains things well, has an outstanding bedside manner and has just made a difficult situation easier for my husband, as the patient and myself as his wife. Thank you Dr. Ward.

Dr. Ward repaired a full tear and other significant damage in my right shoulder. Everything went exactly as he said it would. My pain level after surgery was minimal and Recovery has been faster and Beyond expectations. I chose dr. Ward under the guidance of my PT specialists and the recommendation of other medical personnel.

The whole appointment was a joke. Don't go to this doctor or this office. They take unnessessary X-rays that they don't need or even mention during the appointment, then they can't even take your money to pay for the appt. The office literally couldn't take either a card OR cash! It was the weirdest thing... It was at Glacier Medical something or other on Baker in Whitefish. I'll never go there again.
